Do you have home delivery ?
Absolutely! we deliver the freshest cakes to your homes! Delivery is free within 5 kms of our shop at Beach Road, Kollam; the delivery charges to other locations within a 25km radius is nominal and is based on the distance to your location; the locations and tariff is available at Delivery Area/Rates
Do you have same day delivery ? Can I order ahead ?
The baking/delivery lead time for a standard cake is only 2 hours (within a 5km radius of our shop); so any orders received before 6 pm within this area can be delivered same day. You can order online at this website and at checkout, please specify the date and time when you would like to have the cake delivered.
Can I get custom made cakes? photo cakes? write special message on the Cake?
We can make fairly extended custom modifications on our base cakes and can do completely custom cakes based on the delivery date and the value of the cake; photo cakes are standard customisation options and special messages can be specified while checking out your order.
Can I cancel an order?

Do you have cash on delivery? what are the other payment options?
Cash on Delivery is available and most other forms of payments are accepted; you can make online payment by netbanking, UPI mode, debit/credit cards, GPay, PhonePe etc.
What is your return policy?
We have processes in place to ensure the quality of each of the cakes that are delivered. However, in the eventuality that you are not satisfied with the cake, on reasonable grounds, we will be happy to process the refund. The detailed policy is available at Cancellation/Refund
